The Basics
What is Subscribe & Save?
Subscribe & Save is an auto‑delivery program for your favorite Pinnacle Hemp products. Instead of making single purchases, you choose the Subscribe option on the product page and set a delivery frequency (every 2 weeks, monthly or every 2 months). Each recurring order is automatically billed at 15% off the current price and shipped just like a regular order—processed within 2-5 business days.
How do I sign up?

Visit the product page of the item you’d like delivered regularly.

Select “Subscribe & Save 15%” instead of “Purchase one time.”

Choose your preferred delivery frequency (every 2 weeks, monthly or every 2 months).

Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Create or log into your Pinnacle Hemp account, enter your shipping and payment details, and place your order.
After checkout you’ll receive an order confirmation; future subscription orders will bill automatically using the saved payment method.
What delivery frequencies are available?
Currently you can choose from three options: every 2 weeks, every month, or every 2 months. These frequencies apply on a per‑product basis, so you can subscribe to different items on different schedules.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. U.S. customers can choose Standard Shipping (2–5 business days) or FREE Shipping on orders over $100. All subscription orders follow the same policies—our team processes orders within 2–5 business days and emails a tracking number once the package ships. We currently ship to almost all of the United States and do not ship internationally.
Managing Your Subscription
How do I change my delivery frequency?
Log into your Pinnacle Hemp account, go to “My Subscriptions,” select the subscription you want to modify and choose a new frequency. Changes apply to future shipments.
Can I add or remove products from my subscription?
Yes. You can add additional products to existing subscriptions or remove items entirely through your account dashboard. Added products will adopt the delivery schedule you select.
Can I pause or cancel?
You may pause, skip a shipment or cancel your subscription anytime without penalty. Simply log into your account and select “Pause,” “Skip” or “Cancel.”
How do I update my payment or shipping information?
Visit “My Account” → “Addresses” to update your shipping address or “Payment Methods” to change payment details. Contact support within one hour of placing a subscription order to change the shipping address for that order.
Billing & Returns
When will I be billed?
Your default payment method is charged each time a subscription order is processed. You will receive an email notification with order details.
Can I use additional coupons on subscription orders?
Because the Subscribe & Save program already provides a 15% discount, other promotional codes typically cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.
Rewards & Benefits
Do I earn Pinnacle Points on subscription orders?
Yes—just like regular purchases, subscription orders earn Pinnacle Points (5 points per dollar spent). You can redeem points for coupons (e.g., 100 points = $5 off) through the Rewards program.
Eligibility & Legal Notes

All Pinnacle Hemp products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3 % Delta‑9 THC on a dry weight basis.
