Who Qualifies for Assistance?
You may qualify for one of our assistance programs if you fall into any of the following categories:
• Active duty military or veterans
• Individuals or households meeting low-income eligibility

We appreciate and thank all Active Military, and Veterans that have served. It is with honor that we provide a military discount on all of our CBD products.
Attach a copy of your military ID, VA Card, Driver’s License with VA endorsement, DD214, or other military service records.
Any U.S. citizen who’s income is below the federal poverty level is welcome to apply for assistance. Your previous year’s taxes must show that your income does not exceed these poverty guidelines set by the U.S. Government.
Submit Tax Returns from the most recent tax season, EBT Card w/ State-issued ID, or Medicaid card w/ State-issued ID.
Anyone with long-term or permanent disability is eligible for this program.
A signed letter from a doctor, government agency, or a copy of your SSDI income award letter must be provided.
