📦 Processing & Shipping
How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take a bit longer.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking info. Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
Shipping Options & Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. U.S. customers can choose:
Standard Shipping (2–5 business days)
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
FREE Shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or weather.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to 49 U.S. states, excluding Alabama.
We do not ship internationally at this time. Some products may not be available in certain states due to local laws—please double-check your state’s hemp regulations before ordering.

How can I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Still can’t find it? Reach out at support@pinnaclehemp.com.
What if my order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect?
If your package is late, damaged, or missing items:
Take clear photos of the problem

Include your order number and a short description
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help fix the issue.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping info, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we can’t make changes once it’s processing.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If you need to return something, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We can’t offer refunds or exchanges after that window.
What qualifies for a return?
Product must be unused and in original packaging
You’ll need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Can I return something I bought in a store?
We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from Pinnaclehemp.com.
If you bought from a store or third-party site, please reach out to them for help with their return policy.
How do exchanges work?
We’ll gladly exchange any product that arrives damaged or defective.
Just email us at support@pinnaclehemp.com with a photo and your order number.
💳 Refunds
How are refunds handled?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Are sale items refundable?
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
📬 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, that amount will be deducted from your refund.
Returning something over $75?
We suggest using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without it.
