You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to contact us about a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Yes, you’ll need proof of purchase—like your order confirmation email or packing slip.

No. We only accept returns for products bought directly from PinnacleHemp.com

If you bought it in a store or through another website, please contact them directly. They’ll follow their own return policy.

Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund is approved.
