    Just started on this product but it’s hard to tell if it is working or not because I was using Pinnacle’s Kokoro 500MG just prior. I found Kokoro, Broad Spectrum gummies to work really well. I wanted to try the Full Spectrum over the Broad Spectrum for comparison purposes. After 3 weeks on Kokoro (25 MG) dose and 1 week on Full Spectrum (10 MG x2) dose per day, I notice that my mood seems more positive and upbeat, I feel more relaxed overall, my lower back pain and shoulder pain (arthritis) is nearly gone, enabling me to do more. I am finally able to paint (watercolor) and sketch for longer periods without it resulting in COVID19 Long Haul episodes (as I have experienced for the last 2 years.) I attribute this blessing to the lessening of the inflammation by the product. I will come back with a review of just the Full Spectrum in a couple weeks.
