    I’m months away from turning 70 and it seems the older I get, quality sleep is harder to get. I’ve found that taking a Delta 9 at bedtime aids in a good nights sleep. As it sets in, I feel peaceful and calm. I spend more time sleeping, less wakeups and when I do wake in the morning, I feel more refreshed. I take a whole gummy with no problems. I would say to find out what works best for you, start with a half and work your way up till you find what amount is right for you. I used to overconsume alcohol to fall asleep but alcohol doesn’t provide good sleep. Delta 9 does.
