Current Recall for Nearly 62,000 Products Made By Delta Extraction

Your Delta Extractions Products Could Be Part of a Recall

In a recent development, the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) has issued a product recall for certain manufactured items distributed to dispensaries and manufacturers by Delta Extraction, LLC, a well-known infused product manufacturer operating within the state. The products included vape pens, cartridges, and gummies.

The action was taken following an announcement by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), which revealed that these specific products were not adequately monitored within the statewide track and trace system. This system is crucial for ensuring the origin of marijuana products, verifying their Missouri cultivation, and confirming their compliance with mandated quality tests.

According to DHSS, patients and consumers who have purchased any of the recalled products are urged to cease their usage immediately. The Missouri DHSS strongly advises that all remaining unused items be either discarded or returned to the dispensary from which they were originally obtained. Importantly, any products returned will not be counted toward the patient’s purchase limit, offering a solution to affected individuals who may be concerned about exceeding their legal quota.

For those who have experienced any adverse reactions or issues related to marijuana products, the Missouri DHSS has established two avenues for reporting. Concerned individuals can either reach out via email at CannabisComplaints@health.mo.gov or submit their grievances through an online complaint form.
