Recommended Use Of Original Hemp Tincture
This is our all-in-one CBD oil original hemp tincture option.The most common method of consuming our original hemp tincture is by placing drops sublingual (under the tongue) for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing. This is the most effective way to consume our original hemp natural tinctures.
However, you may also mix oil from a hemp tincture in with food or drinks. Since we’ve formulated this oil with VG, it is able to be vaped as well.
DOSAGE:
150MG – 20mg per day. 2 drops = 1mg. 1ml = 10mg. 20 drops or 1 dropperful, twice daily. (40 drops total)
300MG – 20mg per day. 1 drops = 1mg. 1ml = 20mg. 10 drops or half a dropperful, twice daily. (20 drops total)

*This is a general guide to dosing. Everybody is different. Your body is different, your condition is different and everyone needs to do some trial and error to figure out what works for them. Try different delivery methods. Some people have better results with one over the other. Some people need small doses several times a day, where as others need 1 or 2 larger doses. Both ways could equal the same amount per day but have different results depending on your body and conditions you have.

I purchased the 150 MG cbd oil for two main reasons: sleep deprivation as a result of insomnia and chronic joint pain.
I’ve taken reccommened doses for about a week now, and I have been sleeping slightly better but not well. Pain has been on the lower end, but still present and new pains have emerged. Nothing is happening in terms of chronic fatigue, depression, or bipolar and ocd. Perhaps less anxious and more relaxed?
I can’t find any caloric or nutritional information.
the product was delivered in excellent time and was as expected in terms of look and size. It’s very cold and oil was very thick from being in the package outside, but thawed.
Taken as reccommened and the taste is a little gross but not too bad and is quickly washed down with water.
Interested to try a higher dose or see if it builds up better over time.
But the functionality is just me and only after a week, your body and brain are different and so your reactions might also be.

First time user taking it to deal with stress and other related medical issues (CML, GvH). The effects were as described leaving me with a relaxed feeling like i had taken hot bath recently but no high. For others inexperienced with a CBD oil i recommend taking it orally at the recommended dose, waiting 90 sec, and following it with a juice chaser after you swallow the dose. For best effect use it when you have time for yourself. You cant reduce stress if you can’t get away from it.
