Recommended Use Of Kokoro Superfood Fresh Reds

Take 1 scoop once per day.

One dose, or serving, is one scoop. Simply mix one scoop of kokoro superfood fresh reds powder into 6 to 8 ounces of your favorite non-citrus juice, water, smoothie, or protein shake. For best taste mix into filtered water and add a splash of apple juice. It is important to take your greens and reds daily. We recommend Fresh Greens in the morning and Fresh Reds later on in the day. Each drink contains approximately 20mg of CBD.
