I bought two, the Trainwreck and the Grandaddy Purp. Both take away my pain in my back, knees, and wrists. The Trainwreck I use during the day and function as normal with hardly any pain. The Purp I used right before bed. It relaxes me way more and I drift away to a good night sleep. Before I used these I didn't think I could find anything that would help me with sleep. Highly recommend this product.
